The purpose of the project is to strengthen the public health role of the ZD, to implement upgrades of preventive examinations for children and adolescents, to carry out preventive treatments for children and adolescents at risk and to implement integrated prevention of chronic diseases at the primary level of healthcare, to include vulnerable persons in preventive healthcare and to introduce a model of a community approach for health promotion and reduction of health inequalities in local communities.
