The 2018-2022 programme aims to ensure a better alignment and integration of the vocational education system with labour market needs through an incentive mechanism for employers to provide learning places for students, apprentices and students of higher vocational education. In line with the ECP 2014-2020 OP, the programme aims to introduce an education system in vocational secondary schools and higher vocational schools that is more adapted to the needs of the labour market and ensures easier and faster transitions of young people into employment. The participation of employers and social partners in the education process will be strengthened through the continuation of established models and the introduction of new practical training models in schools.
