The operation consists of the construction of municipal infrastructure and thus the completion of the municipal equipment of the upgraded business zone Ravne in the Municipality of Ravne na Koroškem. The construction of this infrastructure includes the regulation of drainage of rainwater and faecal sewage, while the investor will contribute to an integrated PC system through its realisation, thus enabling the achievement of the comprehensive development of the municipality, economic growth and the creation of new jobs, the promotion of the creation and growth of companies and the development of municipal and logistical infrastructure. The main activities related to the construction of PC infrastructure are the construction of real estate and the cost of external services.
