The aim of the operation is to build a cycling link of 2.41 km in the area of the municipality of Prevalje, at the intersection of the state road G2-112/1255 and JP851651 (starting on the bridge over the Meža river near Petrolu) and all the way to Poljana, where it connects to the state road G2-112/1255. The investment also includes the arrangement of public lighting with the transfer of utility lines, the installation of transport equipment and signalling, and other works necessary for the construction of the cycling route (access routes, landfills, etc.).
