Due to the lack of space in the economic business zones in the municipality of Slovenj Gradec, the Municipality of Slovenj Gradec decided to invest in the expansion of economic and business infrastructure. The economic business infrastructure, i.e. the EPC, is a public economic infrastructure and is of regional importance and will be owned by the municipality once the operation has been completed. Thus, the purpose of the operation is to expand the economic business infrastructure of regional importance, which will provide the conditions for the growth and development of SMEs. The infrastructure in PC Pameče 3 consists of: total length of roads: 844 m, length of municipal lines: faecal sewage: 1 154 m, meteor sewage: 1 166 m, road sewerage: 806 m, faecal sewer pressure line: 645 m, pipeline: 1 595 m, plumbing 1 571 m, cable TV: 2 265 m, TK — pipe sewer: 2 535 m, low voltage NN power lines: 836 m. The ring is in size: road surface = 1 780 m², pedestrian and cyclists corridor area = 497.8 m².
