The aim of the call for tenders is to provide mobile units (passenger vehicles) that will enable better quality of the treatment of people in the community with mental health problems and to monitor the implementation of personal assistance services on the ground. The call for tenders also responds to the changed circumstances and needs arising from the emergence of the Covid-19 epidemic, namely the difficult access of users to the services of coordinators and assistance for psychosocial rehabilitation and social reintegration into the community.
