The general objective of the project is to stimulate the employment of 1051 NEETs, aged 16-29, from the South-East development region, Braila and Galati counties, with a focus on Roma NEETs and young NEETs with home or rural residence, by promoting and implementing professional development programs aimed at 751 NEETs, through specialised mediation services for 1051 NEETs, establishment and development of 36 enterprises, which will operate in a self-sustainable manner, but also through assistance services, in order to integrate the target group into the labour market sustainably. The project will contribute directly to the achievement of the specific objective of the program and call by providing support measures to 1051 people from the target group aimed at integrating NEETs in a sustainable manner into the labour market. These measures are reflected in the activity plan of the respective project, 751 NEETs aged between 16-29 years registered at the Public Employment Service SPO will participate in initiation and qualification courses according to the level of occupancy, 1051 NEETs will participate in actions for development and career mediation in order to identify a job in accordance with the skills and competences of each, 100 people from the target group with occupational level A “lightly occupable” will participate in entrepreneurship courses, and 36 of them will benefit from consulting services for setting up and starting their own businesses, 3 persons will participate in the services group. Through all these measures, the project will produce a positive long-term effect, namely to contribute to improving the skills level of NEETs, facilitating access to integrated measures such as NCA accredited professional training programs, career development and mediation programs, support activities for setting up their own enterprises, as well as accompanying measures in order to maintain the target group within the project. The effects generated by the implementation of the project will be realised through a sustainable and quality increase in the employment of NEETS unemployed young people aged 16-29, improving the skills of NEETs and increasing labour mobility. Through all these measures, the project aims to improve the situation of NEETs and facilitate their transition to the labour market, acting on three levels: education, training, employment, including entrepreneurship.
