Obtaining building permit for body building with classrooms and secondary laboratories at Petru Rares National College

Creating a high quality educational offer of nature to ensure the initial conditions necessary to achieve a higher graduation rate, but especially to increase the possibilities for students to access higher levels of education. With the status of a local development pole, which also involves a mandatory high quality secondary education, the results of which can be easily disseminated, Suceava Municipality aims through this project to support the achievement of the specific objective 10.1. of Priority Axis 10 of ROP 2014-2020, in the sense that by achieving it, the compulsory education will know a higher quality threshold, will become more attractive for students, with special implications in their participation in the process and pre-emption of school dropout. From another perspective, considering that students who follow compulsory secondary education are pre-selected, they are also sought to prepare them for accessing higher education in a larger number, with substantial implications in increasing the quality of life and living standards in Romania. The secondary school with grades V-VII works in the building related to the “Petru Rares” High School in Suceava, on the ground floor of a wing thereof, the spaces provided being unsuitable for the development of a modern education: the specific activities of compulsory education are carried out in several exchanges, extracurricular activities are carried out on Saturday or late hours, there are no laboratories in which to develop and establish theoretical accumulations, insufficient sanitary groups, etc. Directly, by building a new body of P+ 4 building, the project aims to improve students’ learning conditions, in order to increase the access and participation of disadvantaged people to the compulsory education system (e.g. people coming from rural areas where the level of education has experienced a negative trend in the last period, people facing difficult, disadvantaged situations), conditions of nature to support the measures of
