LZA project Jobcenter Mayen-Koblenz

The project will help to increase the chances of the long-term unemployed women and men in the project area in order to resolve solid unemployment in the region. The project enables the Jobcenter MYK to specifically attract employers for the long-term unemployed women and men. In addition, skills shortages are compensated, participating men and women are intensively looked after after taking up employment and thus sustainably stabilise employment relationships. Employers are compensated for the initial shortfall of employees’ benefits. This is done in a consistent interaction with the established systems. The project will close the identified gaps in the communication of the target group. To this end, the project uses a modular approach A)Specialised and intesive approach to the acquisition of operations (BAQ) B)ntensive individual coaching offers for the target group and employers.
