The aim is to reduce long-term unemployment. For long-term unemployed persons eligible for benefits under the Second Book of the Social Code (SGB II) are to create prospects for sustainable occupational integration into the general labour market. The aim is to attract employers for long-term unemployed women and men. In addition, the aim is to compensate for skills shortages, to provide intensive support to participating women and men after taking up employment and to sustainably stabilise employment relationships in this way.
