LZA project Jobcenter Oberspreewald-Lausitz

The aim is to reduce long-term unemployment in the south of Brandenburg. In the district of Oberspreewald-Lausitz, prospects for a sustainable occupational integration into the general labour market are to be created for long-term unemployed persons eligible for benefits under the Second Book of the Social Code (SGB II). The aim is to attract regional employers for the employment of long-term unemployed women and men. In addition, the aim is to compensate for skills and other deficits for workers, to provide intensive support to participating women and men after taking up employment, and to sustainably stabilise employment relationships.
