The project aims to reduce long-term unemployment. The aim is to create prospects for sustainable occupational integration into the general labour market through wage subsidies and coaching and qualification opportunities. The project is based on the conviction that integration into the labour market will reduce many of the obstacles to placement of long-term unemployed in the personal context, e.g. social behaviour, problems in the day-to-day structure, etc. The participating women and men are intensively cared for even after taking up employment and thus sustainably stabilise employment relationships.
