The target group of the project is adult immigrants, refugees as well as people with a migrant background who have acquired a foreign professional qualification and who want to take up employment or self-employment in Hamburg in their profession. The target group includes people who are employed, unemployed or seeking employment. The project provides recognition with the one-stop shop and the Mission Future: Adaptation and post-qualifications in Hamburg have two positions available for recognition and qualification advice. The project also plans to offer the following adaptation qualifications in Hamburg during the 2015-2018 project period: • Adaptation qualification for foreign doctors • adaptation qualifications for health professions • passing the language test for professional admission in various health professions • Adaptation qualification in the dual professions (HWK, IHK) • Bridge measure for foreign engineers. In order to attract the target group to a recognition procedure and to guarantee successful participation in an adaptation measure, they are addressed and accompanied by pilots.
