RESQUE 2.0

The aim of the project is to improve integration into work, training and school success for refugees and asylum seekers. The partners use existing concepts and tried-and-tested tools for labour market-related counselling, qualification and placement services in order to increase the chances of access to the labour market of 870 target persons and, in particular, to preserve existing (work/training) contracts. Networking with partners aims to improve the employability of the target group with tried-and-tested tools, e.g. through learning coaches. Raising awareness among labour market actors and education providers helps to improve the access of the target group to work and education, and to reduce barriers to placement and the target group’s reservations. The aim is to improve the networking of these actors, as well as between the actors and providers of refugee and migrant assistance.
