The ZAUG has insights and contacts with a large number of companies in the metal sector in central Hessen, among others through projects such as unternehmensWert:Mensch, Core and the post-qualification consulting center. By offering the development of networked human resources development structures and raising awareness and opening up employees to change processes, the digital transformation process as well as other educational requirements are supported and supported. In connection with the collective bargaining parties HESSENMETALL and IGM and with reference to the Collective Agreement Education, a large part of the 1,100 companies in the metal industry are addressed and of which at least 10 % will be won for the project. A network will be set up to assess the needs of future professional, methodological and personal skills of employees in the companies in order to then develop and test concrete PE measures in a model manner. Multipliers can implement them sustainably. For this purpose, the BQZ is to be established permanently.
