The core of the qualification project is the introduction of systematic personnel development in the participating nurseries. In order to implement systematic personnel development, managers need knowledge of the role of manager (management theory, management styles, principles of leadership) and also knowledge of the role of manager (objectives, planning and organisation, decision-making and delegation, control, employee development and promotion). Within the framework of the project, both the specialist and the managers will be introduced into the topic. Qualification and reflection, transfer and security of sustainability take place in the respective status groups and at conferences. The aim is to develop transferable PE concepts and project management for large facilities with optional management and for small facilities with group-service management. The review phase ensures open questions and possibilities for follow-up.
