LZA project Jobcenter Munich

With this participation, the Jobcenter Landeshauptstadt München aims to create prospects for long-term unemployed benefit recipients in the SGB II and thus make a sustainable contribution to reducing long-term unemployment. The Jobcenter sees the project as a good support to attract more employment opportunities for the long-term unemployed in companies. Through the interlinked funding opportunities “Business Acquisiteur — wage-cost subsidy — accompanying coaching” the employer is provided with an extensive support structure, which will increase the willingness to employ long-term unemployed people. The close cooperation within the ESF project will provide a good basis for establishing a trustful cooperation with companies to employ long-term unemployed people beyond the project period.
