The aim is to increase the attractiveness of elderly care for skilled workers and to identify opportunities of digitalisation from the perspective of employees, employers, executives and company advocacy organisations. For this purpose, an industry dialogue is to be initiated in the “rugged” care industry. New formats will be developed and tested for the industry dialogue. Activating interviews are conducted, in company “learning trips” employers, interest groups and executives develop design opportunities and challenges. The results will be included in “Think Tank Conferences | #Altenpflege 4.0” (Hessen, Lower Saxony). Employers’ representatives, ver.di, interest groups and, if necessary, other stakeholders are involved. Dialogue structures are structurally further developed, professionally deepened and key actors are professionalised. Orientating industry standards for elderly care 4.0.are developed.
