LZA project Jobcenter Berlin Lichtenberg

The aim of the project is to reduce long-term unemployment. The aim is to create prospects and opportunities for sustainable occupational integration into the general labour market for long-term unemployed persons who are eligible for benefits under the Second Book of the Social Code (SGB II). For long-term unemployed women and men, job vacancies are specifically recruited by company recruiters. Employment-inhibiting skills deficits are to be compensated. The employment relationships are subsequently stabilised by coaches, so that permanent integrations on the 1. The labour market is emerging.
