The aim of this project is to create prospects for a sustainable vocational integration into the general labour market for 140 long-term unemployed persons eligible for benefits under the SGB II. For the long-term unemployed, direct integration into work is very difficult due to the various obstacles to placement or long unemployment. Therefore, the integration efforts of the employment agencies in the job centre of central Saxony are to be complemented by occasion-related placement talks with employer-oriented trainees. The aim is to attract employers for long-term unemployed women and men from central Saxony through the use of three company trainees. In addition, the aim is to compensate for skills shortages, to provide intensive support to participating women and men after taking up employment by job coaches and thus to sustainably stabilise employment relationships.
