The first advisory centre in central Hessen actively addresses the offer of support to small enterprises with up to 50 employees, without excluding SMEs with higher employment figures. It identifies existing needs for action based on existing knowledge and develops solutions. In doing so, it does not confine itself to individual measures, but takes into account the entire company in its holistic organisational structure. In essence, the consulting and intervention processes relate to employee-oriented leadership, age-oriented work organisation and sustainable personnel development in their strength-weaknesses. The participation-oriented approach of organisational development will be “becoming from the person concerned to the participant”. Finally, the initial advisory body will also support the project coordination unit in the further expansion of the expert advisory pool and then locate it regionally.
