The ever-increasing challenges for daycare centres require a systematic and structured PE so that educators can meet the requirements. Based on the underlying best-practice projects PIN Education and KiTAinternational, successful and tried-and-tested concepts for the professionalisation of leadership and the development of equal opportunities are to be transferred to the transfer. For this purpose, a PE concept for the recipient-relevant objectives is implemented, which takes into account structures and processes as well as transfer to the team as well as the core of the project: the further training and qualification of specialists and managers. The products developed are processed in such a way that they can be made available through a wide range of social partners’ transfer channels. In parts, the content is also adapted and prepared for other industries.
