The managers and MAs of all EJS companies are qualified to meet the requirements of intercultural opening (IKÖ) at the personnel and organisational level. Training of multipliers to develop intercultural/interreligious competence and increase the ability to innovate (PE), coaching of the transfer to the work areas, working group of managers to integrate the changes in organisational structure and corporate culture required for intercultural opening into an action plan (OE), workshop for personnel managers to deal with the requirements for personnel development and acquisition, moderated expert discussions on intercultural opening through social innovation, training modules for middle management and MA.
