LZA project Jobcenter Erfurt

The aim of our project is to reduce long-term unemployment. For long-term unemployed persons eligible for benefits in accordance with the Second Book of the Social Code (SGB II) in the city of Erfurt are to create prospects for sustainable occupational integration into the general labour market. The aim is to attract employers for long-term unemployed women and men. In addition, the aim is to compensate for skills shortages, to provide intensive support to participating women and men after taking up employment and to sustainably stabilise employment relationships with the aim of permanently ending the receipt of SGB II benefits.
