LZA project network Jobcenter Aschaffenburg

The aim of our efforts is to reduce long-term unemployment. For long-term unemployed persons eligible for benefits under the Second Book of the Social Code (SGB II) are to create prospects for sustainable occupational integration into the general labour market. The aim is to attract employers for long-term unemployed women and men. In addition, we look at the target groups for people with a migrant background, older people (over 54 years) as well as women and men in joint or sole educational responsibility. We also want to bring severely disabled/rehabilitated people into conversation during the active employer acquisition. In addition, the aim is to compensate for skills shortages, to provide intensive support to participating long-term unemployed persons of the above-mentioned target groups after taking up employment and thus to sustainably stabilise employment relationships.
