The aim of the project is to implement measures that include social stabilisation and strengthening of the personality of the above-mentioned participants, the restoration of a daily structuring, the reduction of basic knowledge deficits, the development of social skills and the reduction of work-related demotivation with the aim of improving employability. The following phases within the project are planned: 1. Entry stage (determination of skills and barriers), 2. Main phase (implementation of measures to achieve sustainable objectives: e.g. individual and development-related coaching, knowledge transfer and competence training as well as knowledge transfer via practical reference), 3. Follow-up phase: Ensuring the activation and motivation achieved
