The aim of the project is to implement measures that include social stabilisation and strengthening of the personality of the above-mentioned participants, the restoration of a daily structuring, the reduction of basic knowledge deficits, the development of social skills and the reduction of work-related demotivation with the aim of improving employability. The following phases are planned in the project: 1. Main phase (e.g. takeover of the TN from the pre-measure, update funding plan, individual development-related coaching, knowledge transfer and competence training as well as knowledge transfer via practical reference); 2. Follow-up phase (sic production of the activation and motivation achieved, as well as transition into follow-up measures and projects as well as initiating/transferring (in) further networks and aids. According to the aid block, the present measure is a type B project in the context of the project step by step. This means that the entrance phase in the project does not take place, and the participants immediately lead to the main phase and thus to the active processing and removal of their barriers. Group work is pushed forward right from the start. The results of the analysis of resources and barriers are derived from a pre-measure undertaken by the participants prior to the project and which will be made available to the applicant with the takeover of the participants as a basis for its work.
