The regional office Erzgebirge (transitional solution) is the central player in the implementation of the “JobPerspective Saxony” in the target region Erzgebirgskreis for the TN allocation waves 2015 of levels 3+ 4. The overall objective is to improve the employment opportunities of the unemployed and the long-term unemployed in the region. Key points are tailor-made individual funding needs, improved matching between the qualification and support measures and TN improved as well as reducing cut-offs. The objectives are: the implementation of a comprehensive suitability assessment (profiling) for the TN, the selection of suitable qualification projects or training service providers (BDL) and ensuring regional monitoring of the individual implementation programmes. The target groups correspond to the requirements for the “JobPerspective Sachsen 2014-2020”.
