The aim of the project is to improve the employability of the long-term unemployed with barriers to integration and thus create the conditions for taking up a further measure (e.g. vocational qualification or labour market integration projects). The primary objective is the activation of the largest possible proportion of economically viable beneficiaries, the (re-)production of professional competence and the sustainable integration into the labour or training market. The project objectives derived from this are the reduction or reduction of the deficits and the creation of the conditions, so that the inclusion of a further measure (within the framework of the “JobPerspective Sachsen” or a measure of the AA or the JC) is likely to be achieved within the next 12 to 18 months and/or integration into the 1. Labour market in the medium term (up to 24 months). Participation in the project is modular. This allows an individual and flexible TN entry or run, as depending on the already existing skills and skills, tailor-made modules can be run through. Unless the pure communication of information and knowledge is in the foreground, accompanying individual social pedagogical care proves to be more effective than purely group work.
