The project provides a bridge between the needs of the enterprises and the requirements of young people, vocational schools and other interfaces with the following objectives: Participants • clarification of ind. inclinations, interests, competences and support in career planning and increasing the application skills of young people • intensive preparation for training and promotion. Skills • Full- or part-time training • clarification of questions about housing and income protection, assistance in the social environment, dealing with public authorities and offices and in the training establishment; Organisation of childcare and conflict prevention • raising awareness about the use of additional services, e.g. through services such as abH • Preventing premature contract termination with the aim of obtaining a degree within the framework of dual full-time or part-time training. Companies • Training management, survey of requirements profiles and company passport criteria • Promoting basic/social/methodal competence of applicants • company-related preparation of young people, placement of tailor-made applicants • regular evaluation of training stages, vocational school attendance, report booklet • Continuous social paediatric. Support • Support in case of problems/crisis with the trainees • Advice and support of training companies on issues related to the handling of care-intensive young people • Support in securing future skilled workers.
