The aim of the project is to support the students of grades 7 and 8 in the career orientation process as well as individual, targeted support. Through cooperation with the practice consultant, they should be enabled to formulate realistic professional wishes and to try them out in regional companies. The task of the practice consultants is to carry out the potential analysis procedure Profile AC in class 7. Based on the results, a development plan is drawn up for each student. Content is also the preparation and implementation of vocational orientated measures (modules) depending on the school needs such as company internships, occupational field studies, socio-cultural occupational orientation, exploration of vocational school centres and businesses and student companies. Furthermore, cooperation with external partners will be intensified and sustained, as well as the effectiveness test and further development of educational measures for occupational orientation within the framework of the BO concept.
