The starting point is the reduction of a focal point (drinking points) in the ESF programme area with a high risk for social peace. The need lies in preserving the space created by the project for the target group, which offers alternative perspective — spatially, socially and as a place beyond alcohol and need for help. The place offers low-threshold access, allows informal exchanges and offers commitment. The objectives are: Support the target group in identifying and addressing specific problems, teaching basic, key and educational skills usable on the labour market, and planning opportunities through counselling and support. In the district, mediation and mediation takes place between different interests. The aim is to: increasing the attractiveness of the neighbourhood, reducing the social focus, increasing neighbourly/citizen engagement and social participation.
