The project is an ESF doctorate for the reconciliation of family and scientific career in the cooperative process between the HTW Dresden and the TU Bergakademie Freiberg. Involved is a doctorate who deals with the following topic: “Influence of varying soil cultivation and subsowing in pea on yield formation, water balance and N-flows in the crop rotation of pea — winter wheat in organic farming”.
