The project “Fit for Digital Publishing” (FiDiPub) aims to develop successful digital publishing strategies especially for small publishers. Based on this, new knowledge and skills will be developed and tested in practice. The main objectives are to develop and develop media skills among actors, to design supportive sub-components for cloud-based platforms and to conduct innovative research in order to expand the opportunities for small and micro-publishers to act, earn and innovate. The aim is to show the KKV new resource-saving ways to build and use digital customer interaction forms as well as new possibilities in the production and distribution of alternative media formats in digital channels. The location of Saxony, and in particular the companies located in and around Leipzig, will be strengthened in the media and economically by creating the foundations for the development of innovative creative services. The interdisciplinary project consortium works closely with the associated partner network of the KKV to develop practical solutions with the high methodological and technological know-how of the core partners and to achieve a sustainable qualification in the field of digital publishing for all participants. As a result, the existing innovative strength of the KKV is to be harnessed in a network and through IT support.
