The project of the “Social School — Social Educational Support for the Development of Skills of Students” is a project for at least. 20 students from grade 5 and are carried out by the IB Mitte gGmbH. Social requirements, increasing pressure on performance, a very differentiated expression of key competences and the attitude to learning pose problems for many children and young people. In order to counteract this development at an early stage, our project is geared towards the existing competences and resources of the participating students and ultimately strengthens their capacity to act, which ensures school success and represents an important orientation and starting point for the later training and working life, through individual methods (e.g. observation, individual and small group work, funding plan work, competence training, reflection)
