The project seeks to provide guidance to young people with addiction problems in access to the training and labour market in the areas of automotive workshop and green workshop, to eliminate individual and social disadvantages and to integrate them into training and work. The youth workshop comprises 16 participants in two groups. In the first group, the young people work under guidance on the restoration of old vehicles, from bicycles to agricultural equipment and cars. In the course of the action, each young person completes an internship, which is sought individually for an orientation phase, where further basic skills and skills of the respective profession are to be learnt and a comprehensive insight into the field of work will be gained. Young people work in gardening, landscaping and forestry activities. These young people also complete an internship with the same goal.
