The APF Conseil project aims to develop an awareness-raising and training offer for public and private bodies concerning the recruitment, integration and management of disabled workers or the reception and collabaration with a disabled public. **The specificity of the future APF Conseil scheme is based on the involvement of persons with disabilities in awareness-raising and training activities.** For the APF, **the interest of involving persons with disabilities directly is twofold:** \- **for companies**: the training offered is enriched by a testimonial of the life of a person with a disability and who, if possible, has already experienced a situation of employment. Managers or employees thus trained are much more impacted and false representations on workers with disabilities (binding, unproductive, etc.) are more likely to be lifted. \- **for trainers**: this is an opportunity to return to the company’s path while developing skills, regaining confidence in themselves and their professional abilities. **The overall objective of the project is to promote the integration of people with disabilities.** The deployment of such a training and awareness-raising offer for businesses follows the observation that the departmental delegations of the APF (physical translation of the voluntary movement) are often asked by companies to intervene on disability issues. However, these requests receive uneven responses depending on the means that delegations have in terms of staff and tools. The deployment of a regional and then national system will make it possible to respond effectively to the demands of companies. For the association, it is also an opportunity to initiate the transition from an associative model to a model of social entrepreneurship. **This project is well located in the social and solidarity economy** since economic activity responds to a societal challenge (employment of people with disabilities) in an innovative and supportive way (integration of persons with disabilities into the scheme). * _**the organisational model of the project is as follows:**_ **The experimentation of the APF Conseil project is carried out in three regions** flagships that participated in the emergence of the project within the framework of a national steering committee: the Rhône-Alpes region, Brittany and Languedoc-Roussillon. **This grant application concerns only the development of the project in the Rhône-Alpes region, where the project is supported by the regional directorate APF Rhône-Alpes Auvergne.** The project **** is based on the coordinated work of three internal departments of the APF: 1\. _The “APF Training” service, represented by the **Training Manager** responsible for:_ * Develop the reference framework for the proposed training courses * Develop the teaching tools * Ensure the quality of the training offered * To carry out the administrative, financial and technical management of the offer * Facilitate and train the network of trainers and regional referent 2\. _The department of the Rhône-Alpes regional directorate in the person of **regional referent** **APF Consulting** supported by the facilitator of the network** responsible for:_ * Identify local potential stakeholders * Conduct follow-up of stakeholders * Develop communication and prospect customers * Meet the client and develop the business relationship * Conduct follow-up of the training carried out (evaluation, mutualisation) 3\. _**The APF Council trainers,** in a situation of disability: _ They will be trained and followed by the regional referent and the APF Trainer Training. They will be able to intervene and deliver in-company training. The worker may be a member or volunteer of the APF. It may come from either APF departmental delegations or APF establishments (Advised Enterprises or Social and Medico-Social Establishments).
