The CR DLA IAE project is divided into four main actions: * **axis 1: Mobilising IAE network heads at the service of DLA actors** The aim is to foster knowledge between the IAE networks and the departmental and regional levels of the DLA, in order to contribute to a better articulation between the different types of intervention and support. It is also a matter of having the IAE networks work together, pooling their various expertise, in order to produce quality tools to professionalise and strengthen SIAE. * **axis 2: Carrying out the monitoring, capitalisation and identification of innovations** The aim is to develop the expertise of the Resource Centre, to identify innovative support from DLAs and vis-à-vis SIAE, and to capitalise them in order to feed and enrich the tools of the DLA IAE Resource Centre. * **axis 3: To provide advice and resources to departmental and regional DLAs** The aim is to optimise the quality of support provided in the sector of integration through economic activity. The need is particularly strong, as the EIA sector is complex, and DLA staff are not necessarily specialists. Thus, the role of the CR DLA IAE is to produce and disseminate tools (trainings, fact sheets, videoconferences, etc.) to these mission officers to improve their understanding of the sector and, ultimately, the quality of their support. * **axis 4: To contribute to the coordination, evaluation and valorisation of the DLA** The aim is to exercise an observation role of the DLA intervention on the EIA sector, in order to improve its functioning and to understand its impact as best as possible. In general, it is also a matter for the DLA IAE CR to play its full role as an actor in the scheme by contributing more broadly to its effectiveness and improvement. These various actions resonate with the priorities defined by the national pilots in the DLA Strategic Committees and Steering Committees. Indeed, these bodies have largely emphasised the need for professionalisation of DLA staff (which has also resulted in the setting up of a specific working group on the subject). The tools produced by the CR DLA IAE contribute to this objective, drawing on the thematic orientations defined by the pilots and the national animation team (e.g. on supporting the Employer function, a priority defined in 2014, the CR DLA IAE was able to produce a technical sheet for DLA staff). The various actions mentioned are as follows: **Axis 1:** * Organisation of technical committees bringing together all member networks * Organisation of meetings between the IAE networks and DLA mission officers (on specific topics of expertise or topical issues) * Participation in regional events within the framework of the DLA, in particular to raise awareness of the impacts of reforms that may affect the sector **Axis 2:** * Achievement of a showcase site for the CR DLA IAE, highlighting the different types of support provided on the territory * Participation in actions or working groups of other actors in the sector, in particular within the framework of the National Council of Integration by Economic Activity **Ax 3:** * Input of personalised responses to requests from departmental and regional DLA mission staff (by email or telephone), in particular when drawing up accompanying specifications * Communication of the relevant resources in relation to the IAE sector to DLA mission staff (via the Enée Ressources platform, used by the entire DLA network) * Production of fact sheets on key issues in the EIA sector for DLA mission officers (examples in 2014: IAE and social clauses, Specificities of human resources management in the EIA); this type of production is carried out collaboratively within the DLA IAE CR, i.e. member networks are invited to participate actively (through the organisation of working groups, in particular) * Organisation of videoconferences on specific topics for DLA staff (example: IAE and social clauses) * Organisation of training _ State of play, stakes and actors of the IAE_ for DLA mission managers * Production of an awareness kit on the reform of the EIA, and implementation of pedagogy actions with different actors * Delivery of turnkey pedagogical content to strengthen its practices of accompaniment to SIAE locally ** Axis 4:** * Participation in the work carried out by the national animation of the DLA * Participation in the various collaborative days
