The Aquitaine coast is a popular site during the summer period, leading to local environmental and urban issues. Following the 2013/2014 storms, the question of the reversibility of developments closest to the coastline and in particular the emergency stations has arisen and specific work has been undertaken on the design and construction of mobile wooden emergency stations with the development of a technical reference framework “wood rescue station”.A first demonstrator emergency station was installed on the southern beach of Biscarrosse during the 2016 season and 6 communities wanted to join an order group to generalise this virtuous operation.
