Development of the Aggglo Flood Risk Prevention and Action Programme (PAPI). SPB

With the development of its Programme of Action and Prevention of Flood Risk (PAPI), the aim of the Southern Aglomeration Basque Country is to identify the populations and assets most exposed to flood risk (fluvial and marine) and to put in place tools to reduce their vulnerability.The programme will be structured around the 7 axes of the PAPI, namely: 1. improving knowledge and awareness of risk2. flood monitoring and forecasting3. alerting and crisis management4. taking into account flood risk in urban planning5. reducing the vulnerability of people and assets6 the slowdown7.
