The aim of this project is to raise awareness among the movement and employees about the changes in the sectors, to formulate relevant proposals to accompany the changes and to rely on the network of representatives to win employee membership. The project is operational in nature and aims to mobilise the elected CGT but more broadly all employees (the CGT federation representing 75 % of the employees in the sector) around the questions of anticipating the skills and jobs of tomorrow. It is part of an approach that aims to foster the social dialogue of industry and companies in order to enable the strategic choices of tomorrow. The mixed results of EDEC require further reflection in order to prevent social impacts and to anticipate the direction of change that is becoming urgent in this crisis context. The aim of this project is therefore to mobilise employees in the sector and its trade union representatives to accompany and deepen the changes in the graphics, book and communication industry. This mobilisation is not exclusively for CGT members but for all employees since the Federation represents 75 % of the employees in the sector in the last professional elections. At the end of each annual stage, the project aims to organise a colloquium, as open as possible, to discuss the work of reflection carried out, to complete it and to amend it in order to draw up annual lines of action within the companies. The first two steps will focus on the following: economic and social diagnosis, analysis of business strategies, comparative analysis of business strategies, strategic foresight, economic and social needs, employment prospects. Analyses and proposals for annual actions according to the sectors: * 2015: Mutualisation in the press and Labeur sectors * 2016: Charts and Books, * 2017: Anticipating employment and skills in the sectors, press, work and book and the gateways to be promoted This work must enable employees to understand the economic and social contexts in order to better understand the proposals intended to prepare and anticipate the necessary changes.
