The Placement Cell is a support operation for the person that is essentially based on: \- individual support by the person responsible for business relations \- the prospecting of Enterprises carried out by the person responsible for business relations and the resulting connection \- the mobilisation around the concepts of geographical mobility and psychological mobility by collective and individual means \- the mobilisation of the public residing in QPV around the social and professional skills linked to occupational integration (the young person must, however, have removed the obstacles to the heaviest employment) The support of young people takes place over the maximum duration of the operation for a long-term placement (employment, qualification training), i.e. until 31 December 2015 maximum. Entry into the “training” and “employment” situation will be considered as positive exits. Journey management times take place in a collective way, so that the business relations manager can expose the progress of each of the accompanied young people, the companies met, the recruitment strategies. The advisers responsible for collective activities (mobility and social skills — professional skills) also describe each other’s progress in these areas. These presentations are made in the presence of the youth advisers (guarantee of information on the progress of the course) and of the staff who carry out the administrative follow-up of the operation CELLULE DE PLACEMENT.
