The Aquitaine Region wishes to guarantee throughout the territory access for all to fundamental rights in the field of employment, education and training, regardless of the geographical or social origin of the target groups. It wishes, through public procurement, to promote the principle of equal opportunities. As part of its policy of supporting the social development project for the benefit of priority neighbourhoods, the Aquitaine Region wishes to promote access to young jobseekers living in urban policy districts or rural areas where they encounter difficulties in accessing training opportunities.
