The SECURISATION OF YOUTH YOUTH PARCOURS in Laxou VERS EMPLOYMENT 2014 builds on the past PLIE operation (securisation of the career paths of young temporary workers) and its findings to work with the participants and act a little more upstream, in order to better prepare for sustainable employment. We want to put in place a set of collective modules that would allow, in a group dynamic, to provide the public with support in an active job search, to develop the knowledge that he has of his profession as it is practiced on the surrounding basin(s), to benefit from the company’s rapprochements carried out by the LOCALE MISSION in this operation, to work on his representations of the company, to work on his oral and physical presentation to an employer, in general, to work upstream on the elements necessary for sustainable integration... The operation also provides for support for maintaining employment. Collaboration with the interim agencies now acquired and trusted is an asset in this operation, as it remains the support on which some of the collective modules envisaged can work. It is to allow the public a different approach to the economic world, with direct contacts with employers, it is to base learning on this concrete relationship, probably much more significant than the advice of a third party. It is to allow young people to confront their own limits with that of the business world, and to make them evolve, or at least adapt them. Operation PLIE retains meaning if it is delivered in a context of individual follow-up of the participants with their reference technical adviser. It is this mesh that will be the subject of an evaluation, knowing that it is the collective operation that constitutes a greater value in the construction of the course of the PLIE participants
