The Regional Council has launched a call for projects (2018-2020). As part of this AAP, the CDFAA of Charente and Charente-Maritime wanted to come together to respond to the regional call for projects on learning developers. The two establishments wish to rely on a full-time developer for the sectors of agricultural and wine production, landscape, agro-equipment and trade. This operation involves promoting employment by facilitating the discovery of trades among target audiences and promoting access to these jobs for women.
