The new ESF 2014-2020 programming promotes gender equality. France has also set targets for equality between women and men. Gender equality is a constitutional principle implemented in several recent successive laws.This project is also part of the reform on vocational training throughout life (Law of 8 August 2016) where it is mentioned that all people can benefit throughout their professional life from professional advice in order to promote the evolution and security of their pathway.The project presented is implemented throughout the department of Vienna in partnership with the actors of the Regional Public Service for Guidance (SPRO)
