Implementation of reception, counselling, guidance and support for the return to employment or the redefinition of a professional project.Individual actions in the form of individual and collective interviews in the form of workshops.Objectives:- Support towards employment in a gender-equality approach- Ensure proximity and reliable, up-to-date and personalised information in the field of employment and training- Counsellor and accompany women in the construction and implementation of their social and professional integration project.Estimate: 200 people involved.
