The operation is part of Ladom’s “Passport Mobility Mobility Vocational Training” and is structured around **two complementary and geographically distinct phases: \- the one taking place in the DOM of origin and concerning the path engineering enabling the identification and eligibility of the beneficiary which is entirely attributable to the operation, \- then the one taking place in Metropole (or possibly a third host country of the participant) concerning the follow-up of each participant. This breakdown corresponds in particular to a sectorisation of eligible expenditure according to their direct allocation or pro rata to an inter-OMD allocation key. The operation therefore breaks down as follows: **_PHASE 1: In Guadeloupe:_** \- Home, **identification**, information to the public interested in a mobility project carried out by the Regional Delegation of Guadeloupe; \- Assembly of the training project and research of **training offers** in connection with the services of Métropole (headquarters and regional delegations): guidance, evaluation, validation of the professional project; \- Organisation of **mobility**: reservation of accommodation, booking of flight ticket, preparation for mobility. **_PHASE 2: In Métropole_** \- **Accueil** of participants in Metropole by the departments of the headquarters, transfer to SNCF stations, then reception by the staff of the Regional Delegation concerned; \- **monitoring and individualised accompaniment of the participant during the training by the Regional Delegation: An appointment to measure its situation in the light of educational achievements, living conditions at the beginning of training, at the mid-term and before the end of training; \- Accompaniment of the trainee in his/her vocational integration project for those who wish to stay in Metropole after their training; \-Preparation of **return** in Guadeloupe: booking the plane ticket.
