DEVELOPMENT OF NEW EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT SERVICES: MDEF LYON PROXIMITE ANTENNAS

The project consists of engineering, coordination and animation of the local branches of the MDEF in Lyon. Local antennas whose services are available as follows: inter-institutional reception of audiences, processing of requests in the vicinity, inter-device support (with a mix of audiences: young people, DE, PLIE, Seniors,...), an accompaniment to the creation of activities,... * **renewed personalised support arrangements** The aim of this project is to enable the presence of the Public Employment Service to be organised in priority neighbourhoods, together with actions carried out by associative partners in order to propose and develop specific support arrangements to meet the needs of the public and facilitate their access to employment. The proposed support will take into account the specificities of the public and the specific actions may be developed. The actions thus developed aim to improve the pathways of return or access to employment, and to create a dynamic of job search shared by the counsellor and the person. The originality of the accompanying methods lies, on the one hand, in facilitating and grouping up the mechanisms and measures brought by the actors of the Public Employment Service, on the other hand, in an organised proximity to businesses. * **development of services through the use of new information and communication technologies** The objective of the project is to enable the holding and development of a digital public space dedicated to employment, called Cyber-Basis Employment. The animation of a Cyber-Base Employment is an innovative action and a comprehensive tool designed to ensure ownership of Information and Communication Technologies. Audiences are accompanied by different activities for a rise in qualification and the development of their autonomy. In addition, users of the Cyber Base are offered to create their e-mail address so that they can then remotely access Pôle emploi services, for example. The aim is to provide a working space where the user is certain to be able to benefit for a certain period of time from a computer and from the support of the facilitator if necessary, in the context of his job search or remobilisation to work. In addition, thanks to the website of the MDEF Lyon (www.mdef-lyon.fr), users have access to an agenda of events where they find MDEF’s services, employment events, business meetings, job forums, information on recruitments, links to our partners, information on devices concerning them, etc. * **Innovation in the relationship with employers and in support of recruitment** By maintaining privileged links with local companies, the project aims to enable MDEF Lyon to promote new innovative practices: valorisation of skills and skills, new placement practices, prospecting of offers, consulting support,... for companies and according to known audiences. In addition, the MDEF Observatory makes it possible to give fine statistics on the territories (filters, companies, sectors) that can be used in the link with companies in order to meet their specific expectations. * **networking for better coordination of employer interventions** By maintaining privileged links with local companies, the project must promote new innovative practices with the development of new tools, with the implementation of processes shared with local stakeholders, with the development of project engineering, organisation of business meetings, simulations of interviews, innovative partnership with companies... For example, a Speed Dating was organised in the 9th district, linking directly employers A simple and innovative concept; the “Speed Dating” in “Professional” mode **** allows, in one evening, companies for 8 minutes... In addition, Business Meetings are organised within the branches and are an opportunity to concretely discover jobs, in order to facilitate or confirm your choice of orientation. These are primarily the jobs in tension, but also the jobs of tomorrow. During these meetings, a Professional explains the advantages, constraints of their profession and how to access them. It is often accompanied by a training centre. These meetings last 2 hours, with more than fifteen participants, who can interact directly with the professionals. * **the capitalisation of experiments conducted, new methodologies developed and the dissemination of good practices** Exchanges of practice will be carried out on the 3
