The action consists of the implementation of individualised pathways to those who are furthest from employment in order to facilitate their long-term integration into the labour market. To this end, each participant will be inscribed in a structured approach based on a production situation in parallel with enhanced support. A cross-cutting approach between these two aspects will be undertaken to enable the acquisition of technical and transversal skills with the aim of formalising the skills acquired and their recognition by professionals. The combined approach of reinforced support and production situation will help lift the direct professional brakes and the “annex” brakes. Participants will intervene on technical sites, supervised by experienced technical supervisors. They will support the acquisition and integration of the rules inherent in the implementation of regular professional practice, as well as the acquisition of technical skills specific to the occupation of forestry worker, specialised logging work and the occupation of delivery driver on light commercial vehicles. Participants will also be accompanied by regular interviews with an integration advisor to structure their individual integration pathways. Two distinct activities take place in this operation: * One _ lumbering activity_: In this activity, the employees in integration undertake small-scale forestry work. They apply strict safety instructions and distribute different tasks within teams reduced from 2 to 3 people (preparation, slaughter, measurement, logging, sintering). This activity allows them to work as a team and distribute tasks, while adapting to each other’s abilities. They also become accustomed to resuming physical activity, if not sustained, at least regular. They also learn how to comply with a particular order (size of the logs, method and place of enclosure, etc.) * A “logistic activity”_: In this activity, employees in integration are not subject to constant supervision throughout the day. They receive their roadmap at the beginning of the day and report the same evening or the next day to the supervisor. This activity therefore focuses on the autonomy and organisation of a small team (2 to 4 people). The activities carried out are quite varied and range from the curing of water flow channels on the forest roads (ability to locate themselves on a map, organisation of the site succession according to the geographical location) to the delivery of equipment (capacity to comply with a precise delivery order: place of pick-up of the package, place of delivery, condition of transport).
